FY2009 Real Estate Tax Information

Fiscal Year 2009 first quarter tax bills have been mailed to all property owners. If you are a
Lexington property owner and have not received your bill, please contact the Treasurer/Collectors Office
at 781-862-0500 x265.

First Quarter bills are due August 1st, 2008.

The preliminary Fiscal Year 2009 Tax Rates are as follows: 
 

Fiscal Year 2009 Tax Rates

 Residential properties  $12.85 per $1,000 of assessed value
 Commercial and industrial properties and for  personal property  $24.25 per $1,000 of assessed value
