All massage establishments and all massage therapists must be licensed by the Lexington Board of Health. Inspections are carried out on all establishments annually. Applications for massage therapists and establishments may be obtained from the Health Division. A fee of $100 is required for all establishments. Massage therapists must pay an annual fee of $50.00.
