print versions of the Zoning Bylaw, Zoning Map and Development Regulations, together with any amendments adopted by
Town Meeting, or Planning Board, subsequent to the most recent update to the print version,
remains the official version. If any discrepancies exist between
the print and web versions of the Zoning Bylaw, the Zoning Map or the
Development Regulations, the print version, together with any Town Meeting
amendments, shall be considered correct.

- These
amendments to the Zoning
Bylaw, approved at the 2008 Annual Town Meeting, have yet to be incorporated
into the print version of the Bylaw:
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS - PUBLIC HEARING 9/10/2008:
- The Planning Board will be holding a public hearing on
September 10, 2008, in the Selectmen's Meeting Room to discuss the possible
amendment of the Development Regulations. These changes, largely necessitated
by the approval of the Special Permit Residential Bylaw by Town Meeting (see
first bullet under the 2007 Zoning Bylaw), but also covers some technical and
housekeeping matters. These changes are detailed in the following documents:
