Lexington Lions Club donate police software & radar
Many crimes are caught on videotape providing valuable evidence to identify and convict offenders. Unfortunately, the quality of many security tapes is poor due to the condition of the VCR or videotape. The Lions Club generously donated to the Lexington Police Department video enhancement software. This software allows investigators to capture the video images on computer and digitally improve the quality. (5/02)
