ATHLETIC FIELD RESERVATION

BALLFIELD RESERVATIONS

A limited number of ball fields are available for residents to use, field conditions permitting.  Permits are required for play on all fields.  Use of the grass fields will begin, weather and field conditions permitting, on Monday, April 7th. Lighted field use will begin the week of April 21st.  Permits are issued at the Recreation Department on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Recreation Department will revoke field reservations if the following conditions are not enforced:
1) No alcohol at field sites.
2) Use of other controlled substances at field sites is prohibited.
3) No littering.
4) No cars parked on fields and other grass areas.
5) Use of foul and abusive language is not allowed.
6) Other misuse as determined by the School, Parks, and Recreation           Departments.
   
Teams will be held responsible for any field damage caused by misuse.  Field requests made by any individual/group/organization whose reservation has been revoked will be denied reservations for the balance of the season.
