2006-2007 Flu Clinic Tuesday, December 12th : 11am to 1pm Lexington Senior Center The Lexington Board of Health and the Lexington Health Department are sponsoring a second influenza (flu) vaccine clinic on December 12th, 2006. The clinic will be held at the Lexington Senior Center, 1475 Massachusetts Avenue, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please do not call the Senior Center. The flu clinic is open to all Lexington residents over the age of 50 and Lexington residents over 18 years of age with documented chronic medical conditions. Flu vaccines are free of charge. Residents 50 years of age and older are requested to provide a health insurance card: Medicare Advantage Plan or Medicare Card. The Health Insurance Number is being requested for reimbursement purposes.
